Peter F. Sauer, M.Ed.
President
Peter F. Sauer, serves as the President of Fresenius Integrated Care Management (ICM), a division of Fresenius Medical Care NA, includes: Fresenius Health Partners, Fresenius Health Partners Care Systems, and FMC Reinsurance Ltd (Caymans). Mr. Sauer has been with Fresenius since 2002. In his role as President, he is responsible for the overall coordination and operations of the division. He provides management and oversight with our insurance partners, service vendors, CMS and Medicaid agencies. Prior to joining FMCNA Mr. Sauer served as the Executive Vice President of Renal Disease Management, Inc. In that role he was instrumental in developing the Company’s disease management program. Mr. Sauer negotiated RDM’s global risk disease management contracts, as well as numerous other managed care contracts for the Company’s operations. Mr. Sauer has held a number of executive level positions in both provider-based and managed care organizations including Physicians Health Services (PHS), a 1,500,000-member, multi-state HMO, where he was responsible for system-wide ancillary contracts, Medicare+Choice risk contracts, hospital service agreements and general business development activities. Additionally while at PHS, Mr. Sauer served as the President & Chief Operating Officer of MasterCare of CT, a workers compensation managed care subsidiary of PHS. In this role, Mr. Sauer oversaw the operations of clinical case managers, network development staff, sales and underwriting and corporate finance.
Mr. Sauer holds a BA. in Political Science and a BS in Sports Medicine from The American University in Washington, DC. He also earned a masters degree in Exercise Physiology from Salisbury University. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Youngstown Symphony Society and numerous community programs.
Jessica Orlando, CPA

Jessica Orlando is Vice President of Finance and Administration for KidneyTel and Fresenius Health Partners and is responsible for all national, regional and home office accounting functions and monthly financial reporting for the Integrated Care Management division of Fresenius Medical Care NA. She directs the day-to-day activities of the ICM accounting department. In addition, Jessica has oversight of the Member and Provider Services representatives, managing the call center from the corporate headquarters in Waltham, MA, as well as acting as Account Management liaison for various contracted customers.
Jessica earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University, and is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Jessica joined the FMC team in November 2004. She comes to FMC from over 8 years in public accounting, most recently from a local CPA firm in Malden, Massachusetts.

Becky A. Lee RN

Becky Lee is Sr. Director of Clinical Operations for Fresenius Health Partners. She joined the team in 2002 and was previously Director for Field Care Management and Director Quality for Renaissance Health Care, Inc. Becky is a Certified Nephrology Nurse, with a background as a Renal Educator, Dialysis Facility Clinical Manager, and Acute and Chronic In-center Dialysis staff and charge nurse. She serves on the advisory board for the Clover Park Technical Training program for Certified Dialysis Technician training in Washington State.
Becky brings a strong background in the critical area of dialysis vascular access to FHP. Becky was at the forefront of fistula programs when she partnered with Nephrologist Vo Dang Nguyen’s dialysis team with the Fistula First Program in 1996. By 2002, the Northwest Renal Network had adopted his approach for the Network’s VA Quality Improvement Program as mandated by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Prior to her renal experience, Becky Lee gained broad clinical heathcare experience serving in an impoverished community in a variety of nursing capacities such as OB/GYN, labor and delivery, ER, Coronary Care, Pediatric, Med/Surg and Family Practice.
Dylan Steer, MD
Medical Director, Fresenius Health Partners
Dylan Steer, MD, serves as the Medical Director for Integrated Care for Fresenius Health Partners, a subsidiary of Fresenius Medical Care North America. He joined the FHP team in 2007 as a participant in their CMS sponsored ESRD disease management demonstration project, and came on board as their Medical Director in 2011.
Dr Steer is a practicing nephrologist with Balboa Nephrology Medical Group, a single-specialty nephrology group based in San Diego, CA, and also serves as their Director of Dialysis Operations. Balboa Nephrology Medical Group (BNMG) has 35 physicians and has provided advanced kidney care since 1974. BNMG has a platform of services for patients with kidney disease: chronic kidney disease education and disease management; dialysis and transplant services for patients with End Stage Renal Disease; imaging and vascular access services for patients with ESRD; and, medical therapeutics for office patients with chronic kidney disease. BNMG collaborates with its research division for sponsored clinical trials in CKD, ESRD, and kidney transplantion.
Dr Steer is a graduate of Oberlin College, OH with a B.A. in Chemistry and received his M.D. from Duke University Medical School, NC. He completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Duke University Hospital and his fellowship in Nephrology at University of California, San Diego. He joined BNMG in 2003.
John Graff, RN
Director of Data Management
John Graff is Director of Data Management Integrated Care Management/KidneyTel. He joined the team in 2000. John brings 30 years experience as a registered nurse having experience in critical care, hemo and peritoneal dialysis in both the chronic and acute setting. Over the past 13 years John has developed and implemented IT systems for hospital groups, dialysis providers, case management, disease management and utilization review.
Over the past 13 years John has been doing analysis on both Medicare and commercial insurance claims for resource consumption and utilization. These claim experiences are used for the purpose of working with the group to adjust delivery of integrated care to improve a member’s quality of life. John brings an extensive background in database analysis and reporting. He has participated in several accreditation submissions for both URAC and NCQA.
